Is the free version really free forever?
Yes! The free version includes all core canvas features for local use. There is no trial period and no features that expire. You own your boards and your data.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your local boards are always yours - they stay on your computer regardless of subscription status. Cloud-synced boards remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything.
Can I use the free version commercially?
The free version is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. If you use Moodis for client work, freelancing, or any commercial purpose, a Pro or Team license is required.
Do you offer discounts for students or educators?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount on Pro for verified students and educators. Contact us at hello@moodis.app with your academic email for a discount code.
How does the Team plan billing work?
The Team plan includes 3 users and 999 GB of cloud storage. Additional users are €10/mo each, and extra storage can be added in 499 GB blocks for €100/mo. Each team member gets their own account with full Pro features plus collaboration tools.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal. Team plans can also pay by invoice for annual subscriptions.
